Buildings 14, 15 and 16 are three buildings in the outer ring.

Building 17 is a long building extending from the Main Mission tower. The axe-end at the outer side is another building, 22.
The Technical Notebook calls this "Technical Section".

Alongside building 17 is the thin building 18 and the wider building 19.
The Technical Notebook calls these "Technical Stores" (18) and "Technical Experimentation Labs" (19).

Between buildings 17 and 1 close to the Main Mission tower are two small buildings, 20 (outer) and 21 (inner).
The Technical Notebook calls this "Weapons Stores".

Building 22 is the "axe-end" of building 17.
The Technical Notebook calls this "Alien Life Experimentation Unit".

Building 23 is a small building alongside the Main Mission tower, between buildings 3 and 12 and mostly hidden behind building 11.
The Technical Notebook calls this "Main Mission Computer Annex".
