Martin Landau interviewed on set, Friday 6th August 1976

Filming was scheduled to take ten days, including two extended days. The first three days were exteriors, shot on the Pinewood Studios paddock. In case of bad weather- (a risk even in August in Britain) - filming could move to the temple interiors, which would otherwise be filmed from Tuesday 10th-Thursday 12th. Fortunately the weather was hot and sunny, so the cover sets were not required.

Simultaneously, another crew was filming the episode Space Warp. Scenes with the Helena or Maya were carefully indicated on the schedule (with an H or an M).
