The Moon is heading towards a space phenomena the Alphans have called
Tora. They hope to find a new home within Tora but it turns out to be a
vast weather belt with an uninhabitable planet at its center, and it's on
a collision course with the Moon. The Alphans' search for a way to avoid
the collision is jeopardized by a group of dissidents who think the Commander
is hiding the existence of a habitable planet so he won't lose his position
of Command.
Tora is a primitive planet, in the early stages of creation. It
consists of a thick coat of dust and unbreathable gases.
