Eagle One loses control and crashes on the lunar surface after attempting
to investigate a planet the Moon has drifted near. Commander Koenig is
critically injured in the crash. While the Alphans try to save his body
on the Moonbase, the advanced humanoids on the planet, Zenno, are experimenting
with his mind.
The Zennites have advanced mental powers and create their homes and cities
of light. This is one of the cities on Zenno, a City of Light.
