The disc and leaflet have graphics by Roberto Baldassari. Removing the disc reveals a nice Hawk picture.
Booklet
The 16 page leaflet is written by Ralph Titterton and Chris Bentley. As it notes on the last page "Design Note: By now, you will be wondering why there are no pictures of the principal stars - Martin Landau and Barbara Bain. Regrettably, for licensing and legal reasons. we have been unable to include any pictures of them on this release."
