The computer panels on left and right in Dragon's Domain were created for UFO and Doppelganger
The panel first appears in Doppelganger, in the cabin of the Phoenix, behind the two astronauts. The big red plumbing pipe on the right of the panel only appears here.
Later we see three identical versions of the panel in close-up in the James Bond film Diamonds Are Forever (1971). Probably one of these was the Doppelganger panel, and two copies were made. One of the three would then be used in the Ultra Probe.
We see it as a stand-alone box in Star Maidens (1976), on the right just over Judy Geeson's shoulder.
The are four panels on the left. We also see two of them foreground left when Dr. King is inspecting one of the rack cabinets, during the trip to Ultra. These panels were originally part of the Skydiver set in UFO
Note that in Dragon's Domain, the bottom right panel is upside down (also in the close-up). The top right panel, seen in close-up earlier in the episode, has two strips of blue tape, perhaps hiding prop damage.
The Mindbender episode gives a behind-the-scenes view of the sets, with the four panels sitting on the floor by the door.
