The British comic Look-In printed perhaps the best Space: 1999 comic strip. It was both well written (by Angus Allen, who also wrote the British annuals) and superbly drawn (by Mike Noble, whose artwork is shown on this page, and also John Burns). In Portugal four of the strips were reprinted in TV Junior.
