Breakaway Lost Scenes

This is a different version of scene 21, when Koenig arrives in the Command Office with Bergman. You can hear the command doors to Main Mission closing behind them, and Koenig puts his bag on the desk.

27 take 2. Action.

Koenig says "So. No virus infection."

"Ah, no, no virus infection."

"Then what is it?"

"Dr. Russell has some interesting ideas."

"Any facts?"

"A few - theories mostly - specifically one dealing with radiation."

"Radiation. Earth Command doesn't buy that."

Bergman says quietly "They may not have any choice."

"That's what I like about you, Victor, you're an optimist. I'll deal with the doctor."

The line should be "I'll talk with the doctor."

27 take 3. Action.

Koenig says "No virus infection, uh?"

"Uh, no, uh, not of any kind."

27 take 4. Action.

Koenig says "No virus infection."

They burst out laughing (possibly he drops his bag as he puts it down). We hear Landau saying "It's alright..."
