Command Center Alphan

The red jacketed Alphan is either at the computer, collecting Koenig's clipboard, is sitting at a Command Center desk. His badge says his section is "Life Support", his name H. Cantar. He has only two lines: "Commander, let them have Maya. Why should we all die for her?" For this, he is punched to the floor by Tony Verdeschi. Later when the Dorcons invade, he shoots one of the Dorcon soldiers, but is then shot himself. He is not seen again.
