This is call sheet number 4, for Wednesday 23rd June 1976. Many of these scenes should have been filmed the day before, according to the Shooting Schedule (and the call sheet for Tuesday 22nd). But the crew were running behind. The Command Center scenes should have just taken Friday 18th plus Monday 19th. In fact, they were still being filmed on Tuesday 22nd (the scenes at the end of the episode, including Koenig's "Let the log show I commend all personnel" speech, and the final scene when Maya shows Koenig equations on the TV monitor).
The scenes in Medical Center and the Power Center- a handful of short scenes throughout the episode - should also have been filmed on Tuesday, but got pushed back to Wednesday. Koenig is listed for the Medical Center scenes because he appears on the communications post screen during his speech to all Alphans near the end. Moving these scenes meant that art and stage special effects crew would have wasted a day waiting, and crowd actors- doctors and nurses- got an extra day's pay.
What should have been filmed on Wednesday 23rd were a handful of Eagle pilot section scenes (at the end, from the detonation) and all the scenes in the Eagle passenger section. That was an ambitious 6 pages of script to cover. An extended day was scheduled, with filming continuing into the early evening (normal days finished at 5pm). It was vital that the Eagle filming be completed, because on Thursday 24th the Catacombs of the Moon crew would be moving onto L stage for all their Alpha scenes.
Instead, Wednesday would be focussed on the pilot section scenes, and the passenger module scenes were pushed back to the end of the episode filming (Monday 5th July and Tuesday 6th). They didn't complete the filming on this call sheet either; the Eagle pilot section scenes from 159 onward were not shot, and were also pushed back to Monday 5th.
