This is the second largest tower and detailed as elaborately as Texas City. However, like the other towers, its on-screen appearances are peripheral. On the main distant shot of Texas City, it is foreground right; in Carla's "orientation", it appears on the Big Screen in the centre of the shot depicting Texas City, partially obscured by the underside of a tower in foreground right.
