The last shot of the episode shows Zarl dying (scene 59). As can be seen on this call sheet, additional scenes were shot with Alan Carter and a co-pilot arriving on the planet to rescue the Alphans (scenes 61 and 63).

to Thursday, March 18, 1975, commencing at 5.45 p.m. in Theatre 1.

The pilot episode of "THUNDERBIRDS" being screened is "TRAPPED IN THE SKY".
