On the second day of filming, Thursday 30th September 1976, we start the dramatic finale of the episode.
In scene 64, Maya enters and is forced to turn into a monkey, then a caterpillar (in the Shooting Schedule and these call sheets, it is always misspelled as "caterpiller").
In scene 66, Koenig and Helena enter, and confront Carolyn in a psychic storm of sparks and winds. This scene will continue into Friday 1st October and finally finish on Monday 4th. Landau and Bain have a late start today, arriving at lunch for a 2pm start.
You can tell the shots filmed on Monday, because the red sleeved Alphan standing in front of Sandra changes from Harry Fielder to another actor, Reg Turner.
The chimpanzee was supplied by Animal Finders. The caterpillar never appears with the actors, perhaps due to lack of time, or the supplied caterpillar wasn't photogenic enough. New close ups were filmed on a later date.
