The final day finishes off scene 55 in the Recreation Center, after Maya has transformed into a tiger to chase off Carolyn (the tiger was filmed the previous day). Sandra calls to tell them Koenig is locked in his quarters. In the script she appears on a TV monitor, and the "electronic" instructions here suggest that was still the plan. In the final shot it is just an audio call on Helena's commlock.
On the final day of the episode, the opening sequence in Medical Stores.
The final shot is this insert for the Engineering workshop scene, when Alan pulls the cable. We're not in the Engineering set (which was on stage L), and Nick Tate is not present. Only the cable and electronics boxes are required, while an unnamed extra wears Carter's jacket and uniform. The original sequence was shot on Friday 8th and Monday 11th, but after viewing the rushes, they must have decided that an additional close-up of the cable was needed.
