Gene Schwam was a Hollywood publicist who was working for the Landaus. ITC's Abe Mandell was trying to sell the series to the US TV networks. Unfortunately we don't know what the enclosure was, but probably some ITC publicity for Variety or other trade press.

Mr. and Mrs. Martin Landau
Flat 31, Maida Avenue
London, W. 2, EnglandDear Marty and Barbara:
Hope this letter finds you all well and with the presence of Spring that London will be bright and cheerful.
It is almost impossible to accurately speculate what the television networks would do at this time for next season.
The enclosed is certainly a positive indication to me of the tremendous enthusiasm that Abe Mandell and ATV have for you both and your project.
I'll keep you posted as things develop.
Best regards and love,
GENE SCHWAM
