The final shooting script for Space Brain by Christopher Penfold is dated 1st December 1974.

Right is the script cover, with doodles by Martin Landau (thanks to Mike Prendergast). Below is a page from the original script. The scene was filmed, but cut from the final print (all that remains is a brief shot of the crew closing their visors). The script describes lightning during the special effects shots of the anti-bodies, a concept dropped by the SFX crew.

116 CONTD.

he sees another wave of foam approaching. They
turn right at a corridor intersection and escape

A door on the left side of the corridor opens and
four ALPHANS run out in panic. They look both ways
up the corridor. Waves of foam approach from each
direction. They are engulfed before they have a
chance to follow KOENIG's way out.

117 INT. MAIN MISSION.

HELENA and MATHIAS are getting into space-suits.

A wave of foam follows KOENIG in as he races to the
console.

KOENIG

(shouts)

Open all air-locks

They look at him in amazement.

BERGMAN

John?

KOENIG

Wrong. We've been wrong.
If we let it in, it can't
crush us.

(to MORROW)

There's no way it can get below?

MORROW

Everything's sealed Commander.

KOENIG

Pressurise suits. Then let
it in.

118 EXT. ALPHA. SFX.

The entire base is covered with anti-bodies.
Lightning flashes in the sky are more hectic.

119 INT. MAINTENANCE. SFX.

A wave of foam floods down the elevator shaft, and
floods over the Eagles in the hangar.

120 INT. CORRIDOR.

It floods completely.
