The Production Guide
The Beta Cloud began filming on Tuesday 20th July 1976, for a scheduled two weeks. In the shooting schedule issued July 14th, below, the first day was devoted to Medical Centre scenes. There were also two Maya transformations, to the mouse and to Catherine (the latter transformation was part of the original ending, but was cut from the episode).
The schedule suggests Kate (actress Sarah Bullen) as the first Operative in Command Center; she did not appear. Note that Bill Fraser is named Frazer, as he is in the script. Although Helena is listed, her voice over would be added in post-production.
