Production GuideThese are frames from the special effects storyboard for the episode Collision Course. Most year 1 storyboards were not coloured, but for this episode the planet Atheria is coloured in red and yellow.
The SFX scene list, dated 13th August 1974, extracts all the SFX shots from the full script. Brian Johnson plans the shots with sketches and notes. The stamp, date and signature for 2 October 2012 is when Brian sold these documents and storyboards (initially to the Prop Gallery, then to Jim Winch, now owned by Simon Rhodes).

Eagle lowering with 'nuke' charge

Eagle lowers onto asteroid
Releases 'nuke' lifts off and away
In the episode, the editor inserts a shot of the pilot (from scene 4) between 3A and 3B, and a close-up SFX shot of the nuke being released by the grab arms.
