Henley was a stand-in, for Judy Geeson in Another Time, Another Place, for Isla Blair in War Games.
She was one of extras in the corridor scenes in Breakaway. Her uniform belt exists.
She's at the back in this shot, beyond the communications post (the other nurse is Fran Miller).

In this publicity shot from Breakaway, she's at the top of the stairs by the computer, with her arms crossed.
In Black Sun, she's on the right here, with another medic, Gloria Clugson. Her hair is shorter.
In Earthbound, this is possibly her in the centre foreground, but we never see her clearly.
In Bringers of Wonder, she's part of the Superswift crew.
Like several other Alphan extras, she ended up as a prisoner in Devil's Planet (on the left here).
