Says Hewett: Space 1999 which I worked on for 3 weeks I also have a good memory of - despite the fact I was in suspended animation a lot of the time! Christopher Lee (who was famous at that time for his Dracula roles) had very piercing dark eyes which were quite hypnotic. I remember he would go to his dressing room at lunchtime and sing opera, he had a good voice and it was amazing to hear.
