When the nuclear waste pits on the Moon's dark side had exploded, blowing it out of Earth's orbit, the Moon and its stranded base plunged helplessly through the void. Each day the Alphans fought whatever the universe might throw at them - be it alien attack, wandering asteroids or deceptively welcoming space travellers ... like DARIA.

DARIA was a huge and apparently deserted transporter which drifted across the Moon's path emitting an emergency signal that warned of a nuclear explosion. Intrigued, the Alphans decided to investigate, only to discover that the accident had occurred centuries past - and that the survivors were grotesque mutants with a deadly ambition ...

ASTRAL QUEST is the sixth in this exciting series based on ATV's spectacular SPACE 1999.

INTERSTELLAR ODYSSEY!

The undaunted Alphans are threatened by alien terrors as they challenge the ghostly forces of the galaxy!

When an ancient space scientist dies, he leaves Alpha his legacy - a futuristic Frankenstein whose need for companionship may trap John Koenig for eternity.... Alpha answers a cry for help and boards a huge vessel swarming with natives whose survival is horrifying... Emotions explode when four Alphans meet an uncanny space demon and only one lives to tell about it.... And the Alphans discover the desolate planet that spread the first seeds of life on Earth.
