Year One was released in two volumes, each set with 4 discs (3 episodes per disc). The box featured the title Månbas Alpha (the original broadcast used the title Månbas Alpha 1999). English soundtrack, Swedish subtitles. The DVDs are PAL region 2 coded. The cover for both is the Chantrell poster for Destination Moonbase Alpha (so Maya appears on Year One sets).
