These are the SFX shots for Act Three. Linden is treated by Helena, and eventually stops the Voyager, landing it on Alpha.
Scene 70. Similar to Sc 67.
Similar to Sc 67. Slight change to Voyager entrance.
Barrel world - Voyager.
The opening shot of Act Three, but the editor omits the shot and takes us directly to Experimental where Helena and Mathias revive Linden. Three different versions of this scene are drawn. The barrel moon is not seen in this episode.
Scene 73. Voyager L-R thro frame.
Dramatic
Script: CAMERA HOLDS ON Voyager One as it approaches. As it passes ZOOM forward to pick out three distinctive points of light approaching in the extreme distance.
In the episode, Koenig is called to Main Mission, and Sandra says "Three objects. Travelling a long way behind Voyager."
Instead of 3 points of light, the editor gives us a close up view of the Sidon ships, a repeat of the shot seen later in Act Four as scene 95.
Scene 78. Burn in. Voyager fills the screen.
Burn in. Voyager big C/U
Not used. Scripted to be seen on the Big Screen in Main Mission, as Alan says "Three minutes to intercept". But they are watching the diagram, not the Voyager.
Not scripted, the editor adds additional close-ups of the Voyager engines and the Eagles shaking here (all filmed as Additional shots)
These shots were all scripted much earlier, from the start of act two (scenes 47, 49 and 67). The editor moves them up as Linden tries to fix his circuit.
Scene 84. Voyager approaches. Bluelight off. Rotates and fires rockets.
Scene 84A. Voyager slows as it fires rocket motors.
Scene 84. 2 Parts. Voyager approaches. Blue light off - rotates and firs chemical rockets.
Scene 87A. Voyager dropping into position on pad. Engines cut.
The clapperboard shows it was filmed as slate 56 (take 3) on 16th August 1974.
