The Eagle remote control is first used in Breakaway. It is also used in Ring Around The Moon, The Full Circle, Space Brain, The Last Sunset, Bringers Of Wonder part 1 (briefly visible) & The Seance Spectre.
In the first series it is seen in Main Mission on either Paul's or Alan's desks. Alan fiddles with it in Earthbound.
Other remote control units have an identical appearance but are used for operating other remote equipment. These are seen in the research unit in The Exiles (operates lasers), in Weapons in Beta Cloud (operates laser cannon), in Command Centre in A Matter Of Balance (operates Big Screen), in the Eagle passenger module in Dragon's Domain and The A B Chrysalis, and in Eagle 4 cockpit in Space Warp.
The remote control sticks are from a Skyleader Clubman radio control transmitter, used to control model aircraft (thanks to Chris Trice).
Brian Johnson uses another brand, a McGregor DigiMac, to operate the remote control moonbuggy. These were cheaper but less reliable than the Skyleader, from a company in nearby Slough.
Breakaway: the top reads "EAGLE REMOTE CONTROL UNIT"; side panels read "AUTO START SEQ", "MAIN SEQ", "PWR TRAN".
Earthbound: Alan plays with it.
Alpha Child: Sometimes it's on Kano's desk.
In use again during The Last Sunset
In use in The Full Circle.
Space Brain: Paul flies a robot Eagle
Dragon's Domain: in the Eagle passenger module.
In the Eagle in All That Glisters. Presumably so the rock can pilot the Eagle from the passenger module.
The Seance Spectre: note the different design (as seen in Beta Cloud, see below). The top labels read "Channel 1" and "Channel 2".
The Seance Spectre. Alan also uses an "electronic scan control" box.
Bringers Of Wonder part 1: the camera focuses on Alan as he tries to control Koenig's Eagle, but this brief shot shows he is using the remote control.
The Exiles: in the Research Unit
Beta Cloud: redressed with much simpler graphics, it operates the laser cannon.
Beta Cloud: moving the laser cannon.
A Matter Of Balance: slide show controller.
The A B Chrysalis: in the Eagle passenger module. Maya uses it to raise the laser turret, and later when she calculates the Eagle's speed.
Space Warp: In an Eagle cockpit.
