The Metamorph The Metamorph Eagle 4 has a booster pod which is not (& cannot be) docked to the boarding tube. Yet in studio shots the crew enter an apparently standard pod.
All That Glisters All That Glisters All That Glisters The Eagle has a booster pod throughout, apart from one scene of a standard pod

Also, while the SFX model has lateral extensions (mostly), the interior set is actually normal width but about twice as long as normal.
The Taybor The Taybor Helena calls the memory amplifier cylindrical. It is hexagonal.
The Rules Of Luton The Rules Of Luton An unjacketed Alphan with a red sleeve leaves an obvious footprint. Both Koenig and Maya wear jackets at this point.
The Rules Of Luton The Rules Of Luton When Koenig and Maya climb up the bank from having swum the river, they are only slightly damp.
The Mark Of Archanon The Mark Of Archanon The Mark Of Archanon In the asteroid storm, the Eagle's legs are sometimes bent, sometimes not
Seed Of Destruction Seed Of Destruction Koenig's Eagle has a booster pod when first seen, then a standard pod subsequently.
The Beta Cloud The Beta Cloud In the long view, alongside Sandra, the temperature drops from a chilly 10 to 5. In the closeup it drops from a warm 20 to 15.
A Matter Of Balance Matter Of Balance In the opening scenes in Hydroponics, Eddie Collins is not wearing a jacket. We see him go to his desk as Shermeen and Tony leave. In the next shot he wears a jacket.
The Bringers Of Wonder part 1 The Bringers Of Wonder When Koenig crashes he does not have his front pack on. When the rescuers arrive, his back pack is on, although he was unconscious since the crash.
The Bringers Of Wonder part 2 The Bringers Of Wonder At the end of part 1, Tony and Maya are going to show Koenig pictures. At the start of part 2, Helena and Maya arrive. (Also note the dates- part 1 is 1912 days after leaving Earth orbit; part 2 is 2515 days!)
The Bringers Of Wonder part 2 The Bringers Of Wonder When Helena & Maya look at Eagle/pilot ship they see the latter- not in New York, but by the waste domes.
The Immunity Syndrome The Immunity Syndrome Eagle 4 has a lab pod, except in one shot as it begins to descend through the sky.
