The desk in front of the computer wall is a standard Main Mission/Command Center desk. In Year 2 it has the standard thin metal legs; in Year 2 the substantial base and red stripe is added, as seen in Command Center, but no television screen. The chair is a Gaudi (as in Main Mission) or a Selene (with higher back), but is not always present. Later in year 2 an orange chair is used at the desk.
In The Last Sunset the first real appearance of the computer wall but the desk is one of two filing cabinet desks (also seen in the passenger module in Missing Link, Dragon's Domain (replacing the seats) and All That Glisters, as well as the Year 2 life support/power room and Weapons Section).
The Main Mission desk first appears (or at least is clearly seen) when the computer wall becomes the standard configuration in Death's Other Dominion
There is a keypad on the right of the desk (other Main Mission desks have similar keypads on the left or right). There is a white Pio Manzu Kartell desk container in Dragon's Domain and The Testament Of Arkadia.
In Year 2, the desk gets the same solid base and red stripes as the Command Center desks - but not the screen assembly. The desk top itself is Paul Morrow's Main Mission desk.
We don't see the desk and computer wall until The A B Chrysalis. There is a new light on it, plus an orange Pio Manzu Kartell desk container. There is a raised keyboard, which reveals this is originally Paul Morrow's desk from Main Mission (as seen in Collision Course onwards)
In A Matter Of Balance, there is a second desk, positioned in front of the port side door. The same desk lamp from The A B Chrysalis is seen.
In The Bringers Of Wonder part 2 and The Seance Spectre, it has a Sorella lamp (the distinctive design used in Main Mission).
In The Seance Spectre a large red label marked "Oxygen" is added (it would have been helpful if they used it during this story, but they didn't). It is later to be seen in The Immunity Syndrome.
There is less decoration in The Beta Cloud and The Immunity Syndrome
Selene and Gaudi chairs in year 1; the orange chair from year 2
The Selene appears at the desk in Space Warp
