The Continuity Guide
The coffee machine is seen and used in The Metamorph, but rarely appears in other episodes.
The Boby storage cart and the filing trolley were also seen in Main Mission. The original Boby is sometimes replaced by one of two other versions.
A different Boby appears (on the right here in The Seance Spectre).
In the foreground is the microscope, seen in most episodes. This appears either on side desks or it's own trolley. Occasionally we see the white microscope (New Adam New Eve, The AB Chrysalis, Space Warp) and the smaller microscope (The Seance Spectre, here in Dorzak)
Other white microscopes occasionally appear.
In The Metamorph and The Exiles, a Tizio lamp appears on Koenig's desk, but it does not appear in other episodes. The orange Pio Manzu desk container will be a regular, alongside the Decimo Timemachine and the unidentified phone set.
Among the common items seen on desks are this Decimo Timemachine, a clock/calculator, and the Eagle remote control also seen in Year One. Maya also has some binoculars.
The Eagle remote control is regularly in Command Center, and is featured in The Seance Spectre.
A close-up of Maya using a strange input device somewhat resembling a keyboard. It is not seen in other episodes and may possibly be a Psychon design.
A closer view of the monitor side desk, from The Lambda Factor. The device positioned at far right on the desk is used for reading video camera memory cards in The Bringers of Wonder.
The red flashing light on Tony's desk in Journey To Where shifts between desks. Most awkward is this shot in The A B Chrysalis. It also appears outside Command Center- for instance, in The Lambda Factor. Thanks to Fergus.
Here we see the green pipe which is present in New Adam, New Eve, A Matter Of Balance and (barely visible) The A B Chrysalis.
Bergman's perspex sphere (which is also Verdeschi's beer making machine) is also visible in New Adam, New Eve.
The medical screen first appears in Journey To Where. In The Bringers Of Wonder part 1, it is the "Medical Center Relay".

In Brian The Brain, the Alpha Log Recorder appears, on a trolley with yellow wheels.
The "Manual Computer Transfer" instrument was also seen in Weapons Section
It appears by Alan in The Dorcons
In The Bringers Of Wonder part 2, the white noise amplifier and transmitter makes it's only appearance.
A freestanding transparent panel with a grid pattern is seen in The Lambda Factor and The Seance Spectre. It is more commonly seen in Medical, for instance in The Mark Of Archanon. This was originally Bergman's writing board from Black Sun and Ring Around The Moon with extra Letraset.
Only in The Dorcons, Koenig has the laser control dial from The Exiles, The Beta Cloud and The Seance Spectre
