Catacombs International GuideThe Channel ITV region covered islands off the French coast, based on the island of Jersey. It has by far the smallest viewer population of any ITV region (150,000 people). For much of this period it had a close relationship with Westward in the south west of England, taking much of their programming. It was the last ITV region to introduce colour, starting in July 1976 (after year 1 had aired).
